My dog will be sending you a thankyou letter. We are up early and have walked 4 miles all before going to work. He loves it.

My first few days after seeingyou were a bit irritable as I started to change over my diet, and reduce sugars, but from week two, I felt great, and Ive been saying to people, I feel like a different person. They are all calling me the Duracell Bunny and Ive now got them eating differently..

This is my busiest time of the year, and thankgod I now have the energy, I didnt know how I was going to get through this xmas rush before. Coffee used to be my staple, now I barely think about it.

I feel great everyday and thats contagious. I also now show up for every session with my personal trainer, and Ive been woken up in so many dfferent ways, incredible change has occurred. Its not just about my body, Im now handling life very differently, in a more calm manner.  My moods have also changed, I can tolerate a lot more. Ive energy by abundance, it’s miraculous, and my skin is amazing.

Ive still got cold hands and feet, but its only been a month and I know that too will change.
