On what it’s like to see your blood…
What an extroadinary experience it was to see my blood (or life force) moving on the screen. It was fascinating to hear that the oddly shaped forms were ‘hoovers’ or white blood cells that slowly clean the blood. I was shocked there for that in 5 seconds you told me that I did not do any cardiovascular exercise. You aslo showed me on screen an accumulation of acids which would create future problems if not addressed. You even told me about the potential I had for pain and discomfort in the knee area. Again you were absolutely right, my knee has been a probelm for a couple of years and is now so painful that I am seeing a physiotherapist.

I like it that I can see what Im supposed to do, instead of just being told its good for me. Its very interesting, and now Im clear on what exactly is going on, to hold me strong.
