    Being new to alkalising and having uncertainties is quite normal.

    So lets take it easy…and give you a cow!

    We follow the C.O.W.S programme

    1) Chlorophyll - eat more chlorophyll rich foods – they are salads and vegetables, green juices and greens powders.

    2) Oil and Oxygen – consume more oils as a structural element to blood building. Oxygen (through breathing and exercise) is pumped into the blood and then around the body to deliver nutrients and energy to the rest of you.

    3) Hydrate with alkaline rich water – 2 litres to start everyday. That is vege juice, greens powder, ionised water, lemon and lime juice.

    4) Salt - include alkaline rich salt in your diet – not iodised or demineralised salt.

    And we will put Breathing in here too – regulating our breathing is important to all bodily function. It is more important to regulate your breathing by breathing in and out at a pace that you feel comfortable with, instead of holding your breathing for many seconds at a time. Breathing out slowly is key.
