» Degradation

A lack of oxygen and blood building materials, too many acids, yeast and bacteria, and interesting dietary and lifestyle choices all lead to a degradation of the blood.

However, it is your genetic weaknesses enhanced by the above plus environmental factors which will determine what kind of overall weaknesses you manifest.

The quickest and easiest way to degrade your blood is with heavy acids like coffee and medication, smoking and recreational drugs, along with alcohol (all forms) and sugars.  Fruit juice, is a strong candidate.

Rice cakes (and other products like it) when consumed are like pure sugars and are right next to coffee and medication as the fastest fermenters.   Dried fruits come in a close second, along with breakfast cereals and milk/dairy products.

Your blood is maintains its shape, form and function in a slightly alkaline environment.  Destroy this environ and the blood starts to degrade along with it.

Red blood cells should look like this picture below.  And the blood plasma should be clear of all debris.

Look at the included pages in this section to get a picture of what happens when disease (diagnosed) is present.
