If you have ever known anyone with Chronic Fatigue symptoms or have experienced it yourself, you will know just how debilitating it can be. It’s more than being a ‘bit tired’. CFS/M.E. has the ability to drop you to the floor, with zero energy…for days and weeks on end. There seems to be little hope of recovery or even feeling well again.
A person who has suffered with either of these, M.E. being the more advanced condition, can make a complete recovery. It takes stabilising their condition, then healing and diligent maintenance for at least 2 years…followed by watching their diet and lifestyle for the rest of their lives. While it may seem like a long time, and a bit of hard work, it is actually easier than what you think.
How do I know? I had Glandular Fever when I was 16 and was hospitalised with the condition, followed by post viral Glandular/Chronic Fatigue at age 28. In between my health was nothing short of being ill, often, until I learned how to properly control the underlying virus. It is something that I have to watch, stress levels especially can trigger symptom manifestation. Even when in a more alkaline state.
So lets take a look at a blood profile of someone with advanced M.E. They take supplements so the red blood cells mostly look pretty good. The white blood cells though, are destroyed beyond function.

First Blood Assessment 2007
..
This terrain is pretty shocking. There is a complete lack of oxygen and function in these cells. Toxic residue is seen as black and white crystalisation. In a nutshell, this is one stressed person and one very stressed, knackered body.

Second Blood Assessment
With a few changes in diet, a reduction in cigarettes and the addition of some supplements, this blood test was taken 3 months later. You can really see how the red blood cells now have some structure and there is more oxygen in the blood terrain overall.
..
Third Blood Assessment – 2 years later
..
Given that an a more alkaline diet was only followed ‘some of the time’ and greens were occasional, the one consistency was the use of supplements . The red blood cells have good overall structure, however, the white blood cells are still mainly ‘knocked out of action’ beyond function. Now that the terrain has been unmasked, it is now easier to clean up. There is still bowel congestion and reproductive weakness, along with deep lymphatic congestion, but overall, the improvement is significant.
Now a few months later, with much rest over the Christmas period, this client has gone on to a complete recovery and is feeling on top of the world. There is still some work to be done yet, but over all you can see the improvements in the blood and that it is becoming much stronger.
