Hemoglobin is an important protein contained in the centre of the red blood cell. It transports oxygen to the body’s cells, as well as relieving them of carbon dioxide.
Hemoglobin is measured in grams per deciliter of blood. The normal levels are:
- Women: 12.1 to 15.1 gm/dl
- Men: 13.8 to 17.2 gm/dl
- Children: 11 to 16 g/dl
- Pregnant women: 11 to 12 g/dl

You may know the hemoglobin test as ‘how much iron there is in the blood’.

Too much iron, is called hemochromatosis. This is an overacidic condition of the blood and body tissues that causes a flooding of iron.

The most common condition associated with low hemoglobin is anemia. There are several other conditions associated but this one is the most prevalent. It also depends on your red blood cell count.

In every person I’ve ever blood tested, there has been a high observation of yeast sitting inside of the red blood cell, where the iron protein should reside. With this occurring, then hemoglobin levels will be low, simply, because there is an excess of yeast. You cannot possibly get a hemoglobin reading from a red blood cell where there is no iron. Even though, the red blood cell count may be normal.

Symptoms
Extreme tiredness and fatigue, a dragging of feet and low motivation, and bruises and cuts slow to heal. Women may have heavy and draining periods, which are often very painful.

A reading below 10 may render you a candidate for a blood transfusion, especially if you have a surgery involved. At8 or 9, you would be hardly standing.
