White blood cells, also known as leukocytes are the ‘cleaners of the blood’. They are important to your immunity and everyday energy and wellbeing. Switch them off (with sugars and heavy acids and stress) and you switch off and power down…sometimes for hours. Sometimes, it feels as though you are dragging your feet ALL THE TIME. Switch them on with alkaline foods and drinks, water with lemon, vegetable juices and greens!
