Simply, one sip at a time, but the better way to do it is to include more tea such as Dandelion, Nettle (with lemon) and Green Tea. Each is high in anti-oxidants and brings with it nutrients that support the blood, liver and kidneys. And they taste pretty good too.
You want to choose a green tea that is decaffeinated and organic. Dandelion and Nettle can either be purchased in leaf form or supermarkets now stock a good range. Getting a few cups of warm liquid into you, will keep you warm and hydrated!

Drink up!
