At first it may seem a bit daunting, this greens powder stuff, I mean, it looks like pond water right?
When you have been drinking greens for a while, you will realise (ok, your tastebuds realise) that greens taste, the way water ‘should’ taste, and even drinking normal water with nothing in it becomes really ‘blah’.
If you are toxic/acidic and you know it, chances are, you will find the greens a bit ‘blah’ to begin with. So start out on 1 scoop per litre of water and work your way up from there by half a scoop each week.
I’m on about 3 – 4 scoops of Doc Brocs Greens Powder per litre, at 2 – 3 litres of greens per day. And it takes a while for you newbies, but I really look forward to my greens drink in the morning and fill right up with a second litre, straight after the first.
Just remember, if its your first time, take it SLOW. That way you are more likely to sustain the practice over time.
To Your Health!
