While it’s bloody freezing outside

and the snow is up to your ankles, you will need to find extra ways to keep warm this winter.  With Europe in it’s longest *freezing* snap in 20 years, it would be fair to say that it is probably warmer in your fridge than what it is outside!

Which poses a problem for a lot of people.  How do you keep up drinking all the alkaline water? Simply, one sip at a time, but the better way to do it is to include more tea such as Dandelion, Nettle (with lemon) and Green Tea. Each is high in anti-oxidants and brings with it nutrients that support the blood, liver and kidneys. And they taste pretty good too.

You want to choose a green tea that is decaffeinated and organic.  Dandelion and Nettle can either be purchased in leaf form or supermarkets now stock a good range.   Getting a few cups of warm liquid into you, will keep you warm and hydrated!

Then of course there is always hot water with lemon, mint with lemon, ginger, lemon and ginger, lemongrass, and fennel.  All raw, just slice up and add hot water.

Drink up!
