Now that your time has been confirmed, there are a few things to prepare for before coming to your consultation.

1. Nil by mouth for 4 hours prior to your session.

That is water only, no food.
This is important because your blood digests foods and liquids therefore fasting will keep it clean for your  demonstration.

**Please drink a litre of water in the hour before your consultation.

4. If you have blood results or printed off lists of medication, please bring those with you.

Payment is received by cheque or cash, card payments attract a £7 fee as charged by my provide.

Cancellations:

Cancellations must be done via a phone call 24 hours prior to your consultation. Cancelling inside of 24 hours will render a 50% f.
